Terms of Use

1. Authorised use

Access to IIS is restricted to authorised personnel of the licensed organisation. Credentials are personal and must not be shared. Accounts are created by system administrators only.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use IIS solely for legitimate incident investigation activities. Prohibited uses include:

• Accessing records you are not authorised to view
• Uploading malicious files or content
• Attempting to circumvent authentication or access controls
• Using the system for purposes unrelated to health, safety, or environment management

3. Confidentiality

Investigation records may contain sensitive information. Users must treat all case data as confidential and must not disclose it outside the authorised investigation team without explicit approval from the lead investigator or ADMIN.

4. AI features

IIS includes AI-assisted drafting features (closure summaries, lessons learned). AI-generated content is a draft for human review only — it must be verified and approved by the responsible investigator before inclusion in any official report.

5. Availability

IIS is provided on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. No uptime SLA applies unless separately agreed in a contract.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Abu Dhabi.
